- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Just called to set up an appointment to get a passport.. A female answered and after I asked about getting a passport, she told me that the Post Master is the only one who does that. And he "probably doesn't have any time to do it this week", because "he has other things to do." I was also advised to try another branch, as he wasn't in. Then when I asked when would he be in, I was told "he might be in late morning.. early afternoon, I'm not sure... Call back around then to try and speak to him then". When I asked for his name, she simply said "Ben". No last name.. Just Ben. I am stunned at this level of awful customer service. Some of the worst I have every experienced. - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The ppl that work there are nice and helpful. The issue I have is they are always short on staff .I'm mean always . And this means that alot of mail doesn't get posted on time . Then you have too wait until the next day around 12 . I think p.o boxes should be done first we pay for this Service .and shouldn't have to wait all day .By tanya rowan, December 12, 2016
